EX-SOLDIER’S SUICIDE

A PENNILESS STRANGER. CAMBRIDGE, March. 26. The body oi a man was found by the Domain caretaker hanging from a tree near the railway station this morning. The police searched the body, and found papers showing that deceased was a returned soldier, named Frederick Fennard Stokes, aged 36. He had been gassed during- the war". He was a stranger here, and there was nothing- Lo show where he resided. No money was found in. the pockets.
