NET FISHER DROWNED.
■JELLY FISH OVERLOAD NET
Dargaville, February 18.
A drowning accident occurred yesterday at the seaside resort known as Harding’s Gorge. Nine young men were ffsking with a net which became heavy with jelly tish. This together with the effects of the heavy tide, caused the inside party to iet.gp and the whole party were swept out to sea. All regained the shore with the exception of a. young married man named Rainham, who was the only member of the party unable to swim. One or two others also had difficulty in regaining the shore. The body was found some hours later a mile and a-half down the beach.
