LEVEL CROSSING FATALITY.
Auckland, Lust Night.
William Goodall, aged 75 years, retired painter, residing at Newmarket, was knocked down and killed instantly by a train while crossing on the foot level crossing at Ring Street, Newmarket, this evening. His skull was fractured. Deceased was a married man with a grown-up family.
