SCHOOL CONCERT
AND DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES. The Town Hall should he crowded on Thursday evening next by parents of llie pupils and public lo hear the concert programme find witness llie distribution of prizes. Owing to the Town Hal! being hooked up, the only date available for the function before the break-ing-up is Thursday. The first purl of the programme will he devoted lo songs, choruses, elocutionary items, ole., by the scholars. Although very little time has been .afforded llie staff to work up the programme, Hie public will have the opportunity of hearing many items whieli form part of the school curriculum. Each class will Hike part in the programme, and some excellent items will he submit! ad. The second pari of (he programme wll He devoted lo prize-giving, and the headmaster will give a resume of the vear’s work.
Tile admission will he 2s upstairs and Is downstairs . All school children free. The proceeds are in aid of (lie prize fund.
