HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the Bth inst., reads: “Hemp, Manila market quiet, but steady, ‘J’ grade October-Deeember shipments quoted at £3l sellers; afloat sold for £32 10/-. ‘G’ grade, OctoberDeeember shipments quoted at £35. New Zealand market, nothing doing.”
