THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:-The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but northerly moderate to strong prevailing and freshening shortly. Increasing haze and cloudiness for change. Barometer unsteady, with a falling tendency. Seas moderate, tides poor.
