The fastest moving picture that Fox has made. That is how “West of Chicago,” the leading picture nl the Town Hall to-night is described by the critics. Charles Jones plays lead in this picture which has many outstanding features, not the least of which is a leap front a horse to the platform of a moving train. The theme of the story can he summed up in the words “when rogues meet let honest men beware” and in this ease “where there’s a will there are to-) many relatives.” Two little favourites in the persons of the Lee Kids will make a reappearance in a two-reel laugh raiser: “A Pair of Aces,” to-night. Prices fid and 1/6, children 3d and fid. Wednesday next at the Cabaret Jack Holt and a big Paramount cast in “Making a Man.” ROYAL PICTURES “Skin Deep” is to he screened at tie Royal Theatre to-night. This is a marvellous production and tells how Bud Doyle stood in the trenches with a gun in each hand and a cigarette in lii> mouth and all three smoking—who returned to find that his ugly features were still remembered by the police—who looked in the mirror when the surgeon had finished and said “That ain’t me." Don’t miss it, it's a thriller from start to finish. On Monday the first programme of the new Pat he films which have been secured exclusively by the Royal, will he screened. Patrons are advised to see the first of these entitled “Till We Meet Again,” also a Pallie Super serial “The Timber Queen.” “Dr. Jack” will visit Fox! on on Monday week.
