THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — Indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong, squally at times, but decreasing soon. Weather probably cold and changeable. The nights will probably be very cold with frosts inland. Barometer rising temporarily, yeas considerable, tides good.
