THE S.M. COURT.

The usual monthly sitting of the S.M. Court was held yesterday before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M. CIVIL OASES.

Judgement was entered up foxplaintiff in the following undefended civil cases: —

Jack Kelly, claim 10/-, costs 13/-; same v. Percy Kelly, claim £l, costs 13/-; E. Wnnklyn and M. Wanklyn v. A. W. A. Barnard, claim £7 3s, costs £1 13s fid. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. A. N. Smith v. Norman Hall, claim £5 10s fid, ordered to pay forthwith in default 7 days with hard labour, warrant suspended so long as defendant pays £1 a month, first payment I.Bth June, 1023, costs 15s fid. F.
