PROPOSED SPORTS ASSOCIATION.
A meeting is called by advertisement in this issue for the purpose of forming a Sports Association in Foxton. Thg meeting will be held in the Town Hall Supper-room on Thursday evening next, at 7-30 p.m. It is understood that the purpose m ee ting is to form an association of all branches of sports locally, in order to condupt a combined sports meeting on the racecourse bn June 3rd (King’s Births day). This movement should meet with hearty support and it is hoped fl n interested will keep this date open,
