Town Hall this evening. “MY BOY.” “My Boy” is the chief picture at the Royal to-night. It stars Jackie Coogan, “The Kid.” “The Kid” is indescribable! To see him is to love him, that’s all. He has a hundred new smiles for you, a hundred loveable pranks, and—let’s whisper this—a natural way of living his role as the immigrant kid who adopts a surly old sea captain that reaches clear down your throat and drags up a sob at times. The “kid” isn't just cute —he’s a genius. The story of “My Boy” was written especially for Jackie, and in it he is able to exercise to the full bis rare pantomimic genius. It is a picture that will draw laughter and tears and make you want to see it more than once. Also comedy: “Snooky’s Fresh Heir.” Extra: “Robinson Crusoe.” On Monday night “The Four Just Men” will be screened.” It is a picture packed with highly dramatic incidents interspersed with diverting comedy.
