GRAND BALL.

As Si. Patrick’s Day falls on a Saturday this year, the Committee have decided to hold the St. Patrick’s Day Annual Ball on Friday, Ihe ltitli March. In the past this popular function has been a great success, and it is hoped this year lo eclipse all previous efforts. As this is the first ball of the dancing season, a large attendance is assured, as many outside people have signified their intention of being present. The Committee desirous of fostering local talent, have engaged Foxton’s own oi’chestra, and these talented musicians are practising nightly in order to make their first appearance at a ball a success.
