RIFLE SHOOTING.

Favourable weather conditions prevailed last Saturday, for the first shoot for Mr Adinore’s and the Club’s trophies, 15 shots at 300 yards. The scoring, though not high, was very even. A new member, Mr E. Purges on, of Oroua Downs, was present, also Mr Edwards from the beach, Rifleman W. Symons had bad luck, his rifle nickeling badly during his shoot.
