THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong prevailing. Expect changeable and showery weather but indications are for a temporary improvement. The barometer lias a rising tendency, seas considerable, tides good.
