COMMON GAMING HOUSE.
HEAVY FINE INFLICTED. WELLINGTON, Oct. 2. Mr Hunt, S.M., gave his reserved decision to-day in the remaining charges arising out of a raid at Petone, (lie cases being heard on September 23. Fritz Hugo Franz Dolling, for keeping a common gaining house, was fined £75. The case against Ernest Henry Gardiner, who was charged with loitering for fhe purpose of betting, was dismissed, the evidence being insufficient to convict. Ihe total fines arising from the raid were £325,
