RED CROSS DELEGATES.
GONE TO DISTRIBUTE RELIEF. GENEVA, Sept, 25. M. Ador (Switzerland) hits announced that the International Red Cross Committee on Saturday sent delegates to Smyrna and Brusa to distribute relief. Another delegate had gone to Greece to investigate. . . Dr. Nansen said that the Russian rebel organisation would do its utmost to assist. It is announced that the Bulgarian Government is ready to undertake the trails jort of refugees from Smyrna to the neighbouring islands-. The assisted high commissioner of lhe Russian relief fund is proceeding to Smyrna to study the situation. —Reuter.
