BOWLING.
To-morrow afternoon work in connection with the preparation of the green for the opening of the approaching season will be continued, when it is hoped that all members who possibly can do so will make a point of being present to assist. Intimation has been received by the secretary of the local club that the official opening of the Feilding Bowling Club’s green will take place on September 30th, and extending an invitation to the Foxton Club to* be represented by one rink.
