SENSATION IN CITY CIRCLES. LONDON. Aug. 29. A sensation has been caused in social and city circles by a £IO,OOO confidence coup effected at the expense of Hatton Garden dealers. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Major Harrison, formerly of the Dragoon Guards, who lias departed for the Continent.
