ROYAL PICTURES.
There appears at the Royal Theatre on Friday night, the wellknown Otaki Concert Party in conjunction with the picture programme. Don’t miss this double programme, it’s a real treat. The picture is the second of a series of “Adventures of Sherlock Holmes,” pictures, entitled “The Dying Detective.” The concert programme contains among its numerous items solos, duets, comic songs, and a Hawian solo. A truly excellent programme.
Randall Parrish has written no more popular story than “Bob Hampton of Placer, to be shown on Saturday night. One of the most picturesque periods of American history figures in this feature, namely the Indian uprisings Avhieh followed the Civil war. And in the climax General Custer’s famous last- stand against the Sioux is reproduced and immortalised on the screen in a most fascinating and dramatic manner. On Saturday afternoon a Mack Sennett special will be screened entitled “Home Talent.”
