IN BANKRUPTCY
No objections being offered to the proposed coui'se, his Honoui', Mr Justice Reed, at the Supreme Court at Palmerston on Saturday granted discharges in bankruptcy to the following applicants:—Jens Anton Jensen, fanner, Palmerston North; Thomas Henry Whetton, electrician, Palmerston North; Thomas Hirst, labourer, Feilding; William Henry Strange, taxi propi'ietor, Palmerston North; Ernest Alfred Aitken, fanner, Bulls; Stanley James Quarrie, farmer, Bunnythorpe; Robert Stafford Adams, fanner, Nireaha; Ernest H. J. Miller, farmer, Ngatui'i; Jeremiah Cotter, stable keeper, Pabiatua. Four farmei's were adjudicated banknxpt by his Honour on creditors’ petitions. They were: H. G. Hammond, Oroua Downs; George Henry Neshausen, Halcombe; Frank Reuben Wilson, Bunnythorpe; William Skipworth, Oroua Downs.
