The High C'omrni.- doner's report dated 17th inst., leads: —“Hemp, manila market, “F,” quiet but steady at the ido-c. “G” grade August-October shipments sold at £3l: June-August- shipments £32 10s: “II” quoted at £32; “J” £29; sellers. . New Zealand market continues dull: second-hand sellers quoteed high points £3O, fair £2B 10s, £29 .June-August shipments without business resultng.
