. LONDON WOOL SALES. \ ' Messrs Levin and Co., Ltd. have received the; following cable from their London Agents, dated 19 th, May, 1922:—“Wool Sales have closed firm, buyers operating freely. As compared with the opening sales , of this series the closing sales show Merinos and Pine Crossbreds unchanged; Medium Crossbreds a halfpenny per lb. dearer;; Coarse ; .Crossbreds one halfpenny per lb. dearer. Compared w&h the closing of the last sales’ Slipes show Fine Crossbreds one penny halfpenny per lb. dearer; others one penny per lb. dearer.” . . . ■
