During the month of April sum of £2,460 14s 2d was received and has been placed to the credit of Water and Drainage Loan Account £2,000, Cemetery account £2O 10s Od, District Fund account £446 4s 2d. The ledger balances on the 30th day of April, 1922, were as follows: 1 Imprest .Cash £lO : 0s Od, General £195 18 9<l, Hospital and Char. Aid , ]3s lOd, Reserves £6l 15s 10d, all at debit a total of £2OB 8s sd. The accounts' at credit were: — Cemetery £94 12s sd, Contractors deposits £364, Gasworks £144, 15s Sd, Interest £39 14s od, Library £6B 17s Bd, Sanitation £25 4s sd, Town' Hall £l9 15s 4d, Town Hall Pictures £25 13s Od, Council Chambers £1,235 13s sd, .Water and Drainage Loan £1,399 7s 7d being a total of £3,415 13s lid.
