FESTAL FAIR.

TO-DAY AND TO-MORROW. The big Festal Fair, under the auspices of the Methodist Church, was opened in the Town Hall this 'afternoon by Edward Newman, Esq., M.P. The stalls and decorations have completely transformed the appearance of the interior, which presents a hive of industry. The Fair will continue to-night and to-morrow afternoon and evening. Admission is free. Don’t miss.
