HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 4th inst., reads: — Manila market quiet and steady. Grades H and J quoted at £37 10s to £3B value. New Zealand market quiet, and demand absent; highpoints spot offered at £34 15s; March-May shipments high points quoted £34 10s sellers, fair £33 10s value.
