“THE LILAC DOMINO.”

There was a good attendance in the lower-priced seats at the Town Hall last night to witness the above comic opera, produced under the direction of Mr D. B .O’Connor. The plot has previously beep outlined, and the characters were ably sustained, and the entertainment as a whole was ope of the best yet seen locally, and wps thoroughly appreciated by the audience, The opera fully justified the high encomiums passed upon it by the press ip other parts, a.nd Foxton was fortunate in being included in the tour. We hope that any little misunderstanding prior to the commencement will not result in Mr O’Connor excluding Foxton in future tours of the Dominion.
