SEASIDE NOTES.

A very enjoyable time was spent by a number of the younger folk the seaside, in the Hall last night, at a' social evening given by the Scouts encamped at the Sanatorium. Games and dancing was the order of the evening, and the hall presented a very g*ay r aspects with some twenty-five couples on the floor. At. intervals during the evening much appreciated items were rendered by the following Songs by Misses D. Levy and E. Tregurtha, fancy dancing by the Misses Page, and recitation by Miss E. South. A tasty supper brought to a close a most enjoyable evening. Porpoises are new making their appearance ajt the local seaside. Several were seen by the fishermen last evening, disporting themselves in the breakers.
