ALLEGED CHILD MURDER

Invercargill, Oct. 10.

At an inquest held at Queenstown concerning the death of an illegitimate child ot a domestic servant, the medical evidence was that death was due to suffocation caused by bruises on the throat. The Coroner found a verdict ,of culpable homicide, and the mother was remanded on a charge ot murder.
