TOWN HALL PICTURES
Wednesday. Nora McShanc, ragged, dirty of face, desperately poor, but vibrant of heart. Beatrice Vanderfleet, fastidiously gowned, rich, and seeking adventure. These are the two roles that Gladys Walton will depict at the Town Hall to-morrow night, in “Rich Girl, Poor Girl,” her latest Universal feature. Standing out as high lights in this drama may be mentioned the desperate fight betweeii rival gangs to recover Beatrice, kidnapped when her impersonation of Nora McShane was discovered. It is one of the fastest fights screened, and contrasts strongly with the doable love slorv in Hie picture. The second episode of “The Diamond Queen,” “Puppy Love” (Century Comedy), and International News, complete the programme. Usual prices, Cd and Is Id, children 3d. Thursday will see the screening of the first Fox special at the Town Hall, “The Man who Dared.”
