A STATE FOREST
IN MANAWATU DISTRICT
A notice appearing in last week’s Gazette sets apart an area of nearly 4,000 acres of Crown lands in the Manawutu district for the purpose of a State forest. The area is more particularly defined as follows All that area in the Wellington Land District being part of Lots 4-and 5, D.P. 741, part of Manawatu-Kuku-lauahi 2e and No. 3 Blocks, situated in Block IV., Waiopehu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1081 acres, more or less. All that area in the Wellington Land District, being part Muhunoa No. 2 Block, .situated in Block XI., Waiopehu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1,000 acres, more or less. All that area in the Wellington Land District, being Section 11, part of Manawatu-Kukutauahi 2a 1,2 a 2, and 2b 2 Blocks, situated in Block X., Arawuru Survey District, containing by admeasurement 544 acres, more or less.
