The High Commissioner's cable, dated Gth instant, reads: —
.Manila market steady at previous quotations, J grade, July-Septem-ber shipment, quoted at £3B 10s, and sales made at this price for AugustOctober shipment. New Zealand market more active, fair business done at following prices: High points; August-October shipment, £35 10s; fair, July-Sept ember and August-October shipments, £34, £35.
