W. Anderson was brought before Mr Biulon, S.M., to-day, and charged with the murder of Prank Teller and the attempted murder of James Bofl, at Tokirima in October. Mr Gillies, Grown Prosecutor, was present, and the accused was defended by Mr George Finlay, of Te Knit i. Constable Kelly, Auckland, police photographer, produced photographs of the scene of the murder. Mr Owen, .engineer, produced plans of the house and surroundings, giving the measurements incidental to the shooting.
dames Lott gave evidence regarding the shooting, similar to that given at the inquest. There are twenty-live witnesses to lie examined.
