FATAL FALL.

Dunedin, 2nd November. This morning a tiler, named Jos-

eph E. Durham, one of a parly of workmen engaged on the construction of a new building at Henley dairy factory, fell 15 feet from a scaifold to the concrete floor below,and was killed instantly. The inquest showed that the cause of ' death was concussion of the brain, ** following fracture of the base and vault of the skull. Deceased, who was about 34 years old, was single, and left with the Fifth Reinforcements,- returning to hiew Zealand in April, 1919.
