TOWN HALL PICTURES.
To-night.—Charles Ray has produced a sure tire hit in his latest feature, “Crooked Straight,” the chief attraction at the Town Hall to-night (Thursday). Instead of the usual comedy associated with Ray, a thrilling drama has been constructed, not the least exciting incidents of whieh are two list lights and an exciting pursuit of a racing car by police mounted on racing inotor cycles, A pretty romance is, of course, worked in, and also a welcome mead of the best Ray Comedy, the whole making a tip-top picture. Unusually' strong supports are included in the programme —a tine edition of Die Baramount Magazine, containing among other interesting items “Alaking the Movies Move.” Lsual prices tonight.
Saturday will see the re turn to the screen of Robert Warwick, in "In Mizzoura.” a special attraction, which will he screened at usual
prices. Matinee on Saturday
