A SERIOUS CHARGE.
Dunedin, ..Oct. 17., At the Police CourQ James Reynolds Hayno, a chemist, and Elizabeth Simpson Tnglis and Norman Neylon, were charged that, on or about September 15th, they did illegally use an instrument with intent to procure miscarriage. Evidence was given for the Crown by ten witnesses, after .which the accused.reserved their defence and wore committed for trial.
