THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day;— The indications are for southerly wind moderate to strong. The weather will probably bo cold and changeable. The night will probably be very cold, with frosts inland. The barometer has a rising tendency. Seas moderate, tides good.
