FULL COURT'S DECISION IN AIONOWAI CASE. Auckland. Sept. 4. Air P. 4. O’Regan, of Wellington, has received advice from Alelbourne that the Full Court of Victoria dismissed the appeal of the Wiseher Proprielary, Ltd., against the verdict obtained in April last by six waterside workers who were injured at Auckland in September, 191(5, hy an elision of sulphuric acid from a cylinder on the deck of the Afoliowai. The men originally were awarded a total of £(),859.
