CALLED TO ARMS.

A Gazette Extraordinary was issued yesterday calling up 5,000 men of Class C, Second Division (the third ballot), also accretions to other classes ami to the First Division, as follow: Class A, Second Division, 20; Class B, Second Division, 29; First Division, 547; a grand total of 5,590. The total number of men called up by ballot and by special Gazelle (without ballot) under the Military Service Act to date is .135,659. Of these 83,242 are members of (he First Division, and 52,417 members (if the Second Division. The following are the local and district men called; —
