Tlio Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: —
The indications are for southerly Winds strong to gale, but decreasing shortly. The weather will probably be cold and changeable. The night will probably bo very cold, with frost inland. Barometer rising. Seas considerable, tides poor.
