LEE TOY CHUNG. TOWN HALL TO-NIGHT. . It is not often that the Foxton public have the opportunity of seeing a lirst-class magician and illusionist who brings credentials of the highest merit, both from the press and public. Lee Toy Chung is spoken of as a past-master in the mystic art, and will he seen to-night a) the Town Hall in a host of new novelties, embracing the very laics! sensations of mysterious and wonderful card manipulations, together with his unique and original spectacular patriotic masterpiece, “The Birth of Blags.” The audience are kept in a state of wonderment and amusement from the time he comes on the stage until he leaves it; never for a moment does he allow a dull item in his performance, having that quiet and easy manner which is an essentia! to entertainers of this description. Lee Toy (lining is supported by a company of specially selected artists, each hearing the 18-carat calibre hall-mark of success. included in the company is Professor D’Almaine, the acknowledged master of hypnotism, who will demonstrate some wonderful medical, scientific and amusing hypnotic tests. The comic element of the programme is in the hands of that quaint comedian, Mr Percy Carr. The musical numbers are arranged by Mr Bert Roulston. Owing to the length of the programme to be presented, the performance will commence at 8 o’clock sharp. Popular prices will he charged, so all intending patrons are advised to book their seats early at Mrs Teviotdale’s.
