Mr Walter Ryder secured section 4, a long narrow farm of 116:1 acres, in the centre of the block, the.price being £4B ss. Section 3, 9(5A- acres, adjoining the raiiAvay sections, Avent to Mr R. Rokton for £4(5 10s, Avliile Mr Bnlliman secured section 7, 121 acres, at £3O 2s (id per acre. Section 5; adjacent to the creamery, avms put up sit the end of the sale, and sold to Mr A. J. Spicer for £54 per aero. The goodwill of the leasehold, 186 acres, Avas purchased by Mr Blenkhorn, as agent, for £I,OOO.
