PETITION AGAINST AIR. HOLLAND’S RETURN.

An elect it on petition has been tiled with (lie Returning Officer for the district of Grey against the return of Air Holland. Various grounds are alleged, Hie principal being (hat a large number of persons who voted did not reside in the Grey district for six months previous to the election. If the allegations are proved, it is within the power of the Electoral Court to declare (he petitioner, T. E. Coates, the elected member for Grey, and there would thus ho no need for a fresh oleeI inn.
