The Government Meteorologist Avires as folloAvs at noon to-day; — The indications are for freshening westerly Aviuds strong to gale, backing by west to south. Expect dull Aveather, with much mist and fog in parts. Hea\ T y rain is to be expected, Avith rivers flooded. The barometer has a falling tendency, but rising shortly. Sea increasing heavy, tides good.
