CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.
JURY DISAGREE. Auckland, Nov, 29. At the Supreme Court, the jury disagreed in the trial of Hannah Matiluda Dalton on a charge of manslaughter arising out of the recent alleged illegal operation in Auckland. The indictment charged the prisoner with having, on November sth,'committed manslaughter by killing a young unmarried woman named Vera Baker. A new trial was ordered for the February sittings.
