WOODWORK CLASS.
The Avoodwork class for adults in connection with the technical division of Hie Education Board opened in the spacious room at Manchester House on Thursday night. The Board’s instructor avus in attendance, and eight of the fifteen members enrolled Avere present. Tire gas had been installed during the day, and the room Avas brilliantly lighted. The Board provides all the necessary tools, benches and other equipment, and Hie students the limber required for Avhatever Avork (bey decide upon. The instruction fee is 15s per term. Theory and practice go side by side. The instructor allows Hie free choice of any cabinet Avork by Hie pupil, and a double interest is evoked. Some of the pupils Avere at Avork on different articles of furniture, and the workshop presented a very animated scene. Those desiring to join the class should confer Avith the local supervisor, the Rev. Mr Harding, We wish the class every success.
