OLD MAN DECAPITATED. Dunedin, Yesterday. An elderly man named Frederick John Sibbald Avas killed on the Roslyn tramline to-night. The man walked in front of the car, and though (ho brakes ivere applied instantly ho avus knocked down and dragged under Hie ■wheels. Fully half: an hour elapsed before the body was released. The body was badly mutilated and the head severed.
