. NO BALLOT NEXT MONTH. Mr "Massey slated in the House last night lhat there Avould hardly he a ballot for Second Division men next month. It might possibly take place at Hie end of the month, but he did not think so. At any rale the men drawn Avould not be sent into camp until three months later. Mr Massey assured the House that proper and reasonable provision avouUl be made for Second Division men. Cabinet avouUl announce to the House next Aveck Avhat the alloAvanees avouUl be.
