IN DIVORCE.

The application for divorce, Joseph William Bright (Mr Ongley) v. Annie Eliza Bright and Richard Kyte (no defence tiled), was heard .it the Palmerston Supreme Court APstcrday, and his Honour granted the application, the decree nisi to become absolute in three months, with costs against the co-respond-ent on the lowest scale. In the application for divorce, Mary Louis Masemann (Mr Inne.ss) v. John Henry Masemann, his Honour reserved his decision.
