HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled as follows at noon yesterday: — The Manila market is very tirm. The output from the loth to the 30th June was 53,000 bales. There is no change in prices. The New Zealand market is quiet but steady. Nominal quotations are, good fair £9O 10s, high point faiiv£S9 10s, fair £BB 10s, for shipment as early as possible.
