HIGH COMMiSSiOiNEiCS REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled al noon yesterday as follows; There is no change to report iu the Manila market. Small business has been done with spot parcels at Government, lixed prices. The average output during last fortnight was JO,OOO Imies weekly. .New Zealand.: There is a good demand for spot (temp and near at hand. Business has been done with fair, MarehMay shipment, and high-point fair for shipment by earliest opportunity at £BO.
